- How long will it take to clean my carpets?

This depends on the size of the room or upholstery along with the type of fabric. We expect a house to take up to half a day.

- How long does it take to dry?

Carpets will usually take 2- 4 hours to dry, most carpets are dry enough to walk on with indoor shoes as soon as we have finished cleaning. If required, we will provide shoes coverings so you can continue to move around your house whilst drying.

- I have furniture in my room do I need to move it all?

We will always try to move furniture where we can, if the items are large, we may need to clean around them. We do ask that you remove any loose artefacts that may be on top of the furniture. Please note we cannot always move all types of furniture due to health and safety reasons.

- Will you remove all of the stains?

There are a number of factors to consider that may affect stain removal. This includes things such as carpet type, how soiled your carpets are and how thick.

- What makes using Lincs Carpet Cleaning different from the machines that people can hire from the local shop?

Firstly, we are doing the work for you, therefore you don’t have to pick the machine up and do the hard work yourself.

Secondly, our machines are very expensive professional machines that are suitable for both commercial and residential premises. It is likely that the machines we use will be far superior to machines that are rented from the local corner shop. Our machines use high power hot water extraction, the vacuums are very powerful and will remove nearly all of the moisture to give a quick dry time and professional carpet cleaning.
