Our End of tenancy and Builder’s clean checklist – What’s Included -Terms

Bedroom cleaning

  • All furniture to be moved, dusted, polished and hoovered inside, underneath and behind
  • All skirtings to be cleaned.
  • Cleaning of window sills.
  • Floors to be hoovered and or mopped.
  • Ceilings to be dusted to remove any cobwebs or dust.
  • All cupboards drawers to be wiped out and cleaned.

Lounge Dining Room cleaning

  • All furniture to be moved and cleaned behind and on top.
  • Any pictures to be dusted.
  • All skirtings to be cleaned.
  • Floors to be hoovered and or mopped.
  • Cleaning of mirrors.
  • Ceilings to be cleaned to remove any cobwebs and dust.

Stair and hallway cleaning

  • All ceilings to be dusted to remove any cobwebs.
  • All banisters and spindals to be cleaned.
  • Skirtings to be wiped down.
  • Stairs to be hoovered and or mopped.

Bathroom / cloakroom cleaning

  • Clean shower head and taps.
  • clean shower screen and tiles.
  • Extractor fan to be cleaned.
  • Inside of any cabinets to be wiped out.
  • Toilet and Bath to be cleaned
  • Mirrors to be cleaned.
  • Window sills, and cleaning of skirting boards.
  • Floor to be cleaned hovered and moped.
  • Ceilings to be dusted.

Kitchen cleaning

  • All cupboards drawers to be wiped out and cleaned.
  • Sink and taps to be cleaned.
  • All surfaces to be wiped down and cleaned.
  • All tiles to be cleaned.
  • Floors to be cleaned, hovered and moped.
  • Window sills, and cleaning of skirting boards.
  • Ceilings to be dusted to remove any cobwebs.

Please Note:

Please note only the items on the list above will be cleaned unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you have a preferred list or an alternative inventory please let us know in writing in advance to any quotation.

Also, the clean is guaranteed, meaning if Lincs Carpet Cleaning are notified of any problems in writing within 48 hours of the clean, we will come back free of charge. If a notification of problems is received after 48 hours of the clean a further administration and labour charge may be applied.

Please note the items specified below under the ‘Optional Extras’ heading are not included in the price or in any of our quotes with the term ‘end of tenancy cleaning or clean’ in the description field.

If you require any services listed below, please let us know so we can add it in to our quotation. To be included in the ‘end of tenancy cleaning or clean’, the items below would be individually detailed in writing in the description field on the quote.

Cleaning or Clean:

  • Carpet Cleaning
  • Upholstery Cleaning
  • Cleaning of any windows including internal windows. Any glass windows in doors whether internal or external.
  • Light fittings
  • Washing machine – drawers and glass to be cleaned only.
  • Cleaning of dishwasher
  • Professional Bio Oven Clean
  • Oven Extractor hood
  • Oven Hob
  • Fridge to be cleaned inside and out
  • Microwave to be cleaned inside and out
  • Other white goods that are not listed above
  • Conservatory PVC and windows
  • Smoke alarms and Carbon Monoxide alarms.

Important

Electricity, Water and Gas should all be available to Lincs Carpet Cleaning at the premises, which are to be cleaned. Lincs Carpet Cleaning, will not be liable for any charge relating from any Gas, Electricity or water used at and from the premises. If there is no Electricity and / or Gas available, and any agent, landlord or customer requires Lincs Carpet Cleaning to top up a key or card, an administration fee of £10.00 will be applied ontop of any charges payable for the topup, unless agreed prior in writing. If WaterGas or Electricity is not available on sitepremises and the works cannot be carried out due to this then an administration fee of £35.00 will be payable. All fees are to be paid with 14 days from the date of any invoice.
