Please note only the items on the list above will be cleaned unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you have a preferred list or an alternative inventory please let us know in writing in advance to any quotation.
Also, the clean is guaranteed, meaning if Lincs Carpet Cleaning are notified of any problems in writing within 48 hours of the clean, we will come back free of charge. If a notification of problems is received after 48 hours of the clean a further administration and labour charge may be applied.
Please note the items specified below under the ‘Optional Extras’ heading are not included in the price or in any of our quotes with the term ‘end of tenancy cleaning or clean’ in the description field.
If you require any services listed below, please let us know so we can add it in to our quotation. To be included in the ‘end of tenancy cleaning or clean’, the items below would be individually detailed in writing in the description field on the quote.

Cleaning or Clean:
Electricity, Water and Gas should all be available to Lincs Carpet Cleaning at the premises, which are to be cleaned. Lincs Carpet Cleaning, will not be liable for any charge relating from any Gas, Electricity or water used at and from the premises. If there is no Electricity and / or Gas available, and any agent, landlord or customer requires Lincs Carpet Cleaning to top up a key or card, an administration fee of £10.00 will be applied ontop of any charges payable for the topup, unless agreed prior in writing. If WaterGas or Electricity is not available on sitepremises and the works cannot be carried out due to this then an administration fee of £35.00 will be payable. All fees are to be paid with 14 days from the date of any invoice.
